Office Furniture Storage
Our managed storage service gives the flexibility to make the most of your workspace. We will take care of your excess furniture, furniture components and work in progress. Primary Spaces only charges you for the space you use, this charge is weekly rather than a long term contract.
A dedicated delivery service with standard next day delivery will be with you when you require your stored goods. Your inventory is managed by us so that you have precise details of what we are storing for you, each time you add or remove items your inventory is updated. Your furniture can be stored in three ways depending on the size and length of time your storage will be with us. These three ways are either; palletised, containerised or floor-standing.
Our purpose made storage containers are for long term storage, all items stored in these containers are photographed and listed. This stock list will then be accessible online at all times. Palletised storage is usually for work in progress and floor standing storage is for items which are too large for pallets or containers.

Our full-service delivery team is centrally dispatched from our Essex base. While en route, drivers maintain contact with dispatch, reporting on road conditions, progress, and checking for any last minute changes. Our drivers also keep in touch with customers, verifying all delivery times and locations.
Primary’s Essex based distribution and warehouse facility is centrally located close to the M25. This strategic placement allows us to efficiently meet the needs of customers in all areas. New products are shipped directly to our distribution centre, then received, consolidated, and staged for final delivery. Product is inspected every step of the way, ensuring orders are correct, and free from any shipping damage.

Office Furniture Recycling
The Primary Group is committed to doing its best to help the environment, we also want to empower our clients to do the same. That’s why we help facilitate the proper disposal and donation of your out-of-date, worn-out and broken office furniture and electronics equipment.
Our in-house refurbishment and reuse program donates your unwanted items to local charities or community projects, if this is not possible we recycle what can’t be donated.

Option 1: Coordinated with our furniture installation and delivery services, your furniture is removed and brought back to our facility and separated by material: metal, wood, fabric, etc.
Option 2: Removal and pick up of your furniture from your office and delivered directly to a local recycler where they separate the furniture according to materials, which avoids disposal at landfill. This practice is a lot more environmentally friendly.
